Annual Service Agreement

Avoid problems that can occur with hardware failure and out-of-date software versions by maintaining your Annual Service Agreement with Barr Systems. Your investment in an Annual Service Agreement provides a complete year of:

  • Hardware replacement in case of failure (excluding tape drives)

  • Software updates and new documentation releases upon request

  • Toll-free technical support

  • Electronic support via BarrCentral, Internet e-mail or FTP server

Backup hardware is also available to be placed on-site to reduce downtime in case hardware failure should occur.

Our technical support team of highly trained individuals is available to help you weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern time, but they cannot help you unless an Annual Service Agreement is in place.
